Using points for premium tickets can be complex, but we make it easy! We’ll find the best seats on the best airlines. And when it doesn’t make sense to use points, we coordinate revenue tickets as well.

    Our dedicated Groups & Events travel advisor is available to assist when our members need assistance with large group bookings, business team retreats and incentive trips, weddings, and other special events. These bookings can be burdensome, but members rest easy knowing a dedicated expert is handling the nitty-gritty details.

  • Our relationship with members is a long-term partnership. If you invest in TravelWealth, we are invested in delivering you an ROI by creating value, delivering premier experiences, and making your travels easier.

    This all takes time, and so we ask for a minimum commitment of one year for new TravelWealth members. This allows us to build the foundation of a partnership and to demonstrate the value of our services.

  • When a TravelWealth member is traveling with friends, family, or colleagues, we are happy to extend the TW Travel Team’s services to the entire group.

    However, we cannot book one-off trips for non-members. Our goal is to provide the best service and response time to our existing members, so placing our focus elsewhere would be a disservice.

    Fortunately, our customized membership plans allow us to tailor arrangements for infrequent travelers. As such, our clients range from occasional leisure travelers to frequent jet-setters.

  • Many of our services overlap with those of typical travel advisors, but we are different to our core.

    The relationship with our members begins with our Points & Miles Wealth Management services. Before the TW Travel Team ever books a trip, the TW Wealth Team works closely with members to develop personalized plans and goals that will deliver enhanced value and experiences for future travel plans.

    This focus on Points & Miles Wealth Management aligns our interest with our members. The goal is not to upsell you for a larger commission (a common complaint about travel advisors). While we might earn commissions on some cash bookings, our membership model allows us to focus on getting our members the best experience for the highest value even when there is no commission to be had.

  • We do not provide day-to-day concierge services. This includes tasks such as:
    - Restaurant Reservations
    - Event Tickets
    - Golf Tee Times
    - Daily activity planning/management

    As these services are an important part of traveling, we instead rely upon our network of concierges and Destination Managers around the world. They are experts in their locales and in a much better position to assist with on-the-ground activities.

  • The goal of TravelWealth’s services is not to deliver “free” travel. Instead, our goal is to leverage our experience, ingenuity, and strategic partnerships to provide world-class travel for better value. The increased savings provided by your points opens more room in your travel budget to use for better experiences.
