Is TravelWealth right for me?

TravelWealth’s services are customized to accommodate an eclectic range of members with varying financial and travel habits.

However, there are some key indicators to determine how TravelWealth’s services align with your needs and the ultimate value you’ll realize from the membership. Explore your compatibility below!

  • Naturally, the more you spend, the more points you can earn.

And the more points you can earn, the more value we can create.

We leverage both personal and business expenses to maximize your points. This includes expenses that you are currently not paying on credit cards, such as:
    ◆ Payroll
    ◆ Taxes
    ◆ Vendor Payments
    ◆ Rent/Mortgages
    ◆ Car Payments
    ◆ and more!

So how much do you need to spend to get value from TravelWealth? There is no exact number, but a few guidelines:

MONTHLY EXPENSES (Personal & Business Combined)

Under $50k –  The numbers may be too tight to justify a TW membership unless you travel infrequently and/or have a substantial travel budget

$50k-100k – This level is very dependent on your travel frequency and style. If the other factors are closely aligned, then the numbers at this level of spending may pencil out.

$100k-250k – Likely an excellent fit for a TravelWealth membership. We can add substantial value, especially if you have aspirational and upmarket travel habits.

Over $250k – The raw numbers alone create huge potential. Let’s get a consultation on the calendar ASAP to start crunching the numbers!

  • While it is not necessary to own a business to become a TravelWealth member, this can be a substantial contributor to an account’s success. This gives members the benefit of the business expenses (which can be quite substantial), but our services also have several secondary benefits that can be extremely valuable:
    - Tax Advantages
    - Bookkeeping benefits
    - Additional Cash Float

  • A good credit score is key to TravelWealth’s services. To get the best credit cards, a good credit score is almost necessary. If you have a FICO score in the 700s or above, we are able to begin. Anything under 700 should improved before engaging TravelWealth’s services.

While TravelWealth is not a credit score improvement service, a higher credit score is a frequent side effect of implementing many of our services and strategies.

  • Leisure Travel
TravelWealth thrives when it comes to luxury, aspirational travel. Not only are we passionate about this, but it is also where we can provide you with the best experience and the highest value for your points.

    Business Travel
TravelWealth is here to assist with high-end, epic experiences for business owners. This includes:
    - Group/Event bookings
    - Team Retreats
    - Incentive Trips
    - Celebrations/Bucket List Staff Trips

TravelWealth is NOT a replacement for an executive assistant or travel manager. We are happy to book an occasional trip like this and to coach travel managers on the best tactics for booking these trips. However, we do not manage frequent transactional travel.

  • The more exotic and epic, the better. This is how we create the best experiences (because let’s face it, the First Class experience on international airlines is undeniably better than the US carriers). It’s also how you get the most value from your points.

So you want to take that dream trip to Europe? Safari at the most spectacular lodges in Africa? Get pampered on a tropical island? You are in the right place!

We also shine on high-end domestic experiences too: beautiful beachfront resorts in Hawaii, extravagant dude ranches, and luxurious hotels in cities all over the country.

  • TravelWealth members range from leisure travelers who take 2-4 trips a year to jetsetters who take 2-4 trips per month. We customize our packages to your needs, so we can handle the frequency of any upmarket traveler.

  • TravelWealth partners with over 5,000 luxury properties around the world. If you like nice things, we have the partnerships in place to enhance your travels. Click HERE for a list of our hotel partners.

These partners are most five-star resorts (and some four-star resorts too).

We have access to luxury villas as part of our consortium partnerships as well. We are confident in the quality and service you will receive since they are thoroughly vetted by our partner

We do not book Airbnbs or other rental properties outside of our consortium partners. This is because TravelWealth cannot perform any quality control and we have no recourse when things don’t work out right. We only make recommendations when we can confidently stand behind them, and these platforms prevent that.

We also will not book hotels that do not meet TravelWealth’s quality standards. This includes many budget hotels. Since we cannot confidently stand behind the quality, we will recommend self-booking in these situations.

  • The most successful TravelWealth members come to us as established luxury travelers who are used to paying market value for five-star experiences. The budget for this can vary widely based upon frequency, destinations, and the number of passengers. But if you are currently paying for airfare and premium accommodations, then the value of TravelWealth’s services will shine because you will realize tremendous savings as we build and implement your Points Wealth Management plan.

In other words, we take luxury, upmarket travelers and then leverage points and our travel intelligence to enhance the value and quality of those travels to new levels. The program is not designed for “travel hackers” who are looking to create a five-star experience on a backpacker’s budget.

  • TravelWealth members have a wide range of travel planning habits, preferences, and personalities. And ultimately, we aim to curate the travels to your specific needs. But to achieve the best results, these are some of the most helpful attributes:

    1) Planners
We handle last-minute requests quite frequently. But by planning ahead, it allows us to be more patient and mindful in our travel searches. Leveraging points for award tickets takes time and precision, so we get better results when the process is not rushed.

    2) Decisiveness
Our Travel Team is pretty amazing when it comes to finding incredible deals. But once we find the deal, there’s no telling how long it will stick around. So when we present an option that you like, it’s best to jump on it as soon as possible since pricing and availability can change in the blink of an eye.

    3) Flexibility
If you need a nonstop flight, we’ll find the best way to book it. But we turn over every stone to uncover nicer airlines, fun stopovers/side-trips, and cheaper prices. With a bit of flexibility in your dates and routings, we may uncover creative options that will make your trip even better.

    4) Trusting
At the end of the day, we are here to build trips that are curated to your preferences. But we are studying travel all day – this is our thing! Members who trust our insights, recommendations, and expertise typically end up with faster, smoother interactions and phenomenal experiences. This is the foundation that allows us to build long-term partnerships with our members.

  • While we have some clients who spend substantial time in other locations, it is beneficial to be domiciled in the United States. This will aid in applying for the right credit cards, which will allow you to take full advantage of our Points Wealth Management services.

If you are based outside of the United States, we are still able to provide our full array of Travel Coordination Services.
