Available Positions

  • THE ROLE

A Travel Designer creates, coordinates, and manages travel plans for our members. These trips often need fast-action and may involve researching and booking airfare, hotel accommodations, private transfers, cruises, and more.

For the first several months, you will be trained through an immersion process during which you will learn new skills, systems, processes, and procedures by shadowing and supporting the senior members of our Travel Team. As you become comfortable in this position, you will work directly with clients to manage their travel requests.

TravelWealth is constantly growing and evolving, and the Travel Designer role is no different. Each day presents opportunities to be creative, to enhance our processes and systems, and to make the company more effective. Our team is lean and nimble, so you will have opportunities to take on tasks and projects beyond your role (e.g., marketing, finance, operations, management, and more). You will certainly have a chance to help steer the future direction and growth of TravelWealth.

A Travel Designer must be a self-starter with exceptional organization and communication skills. You’ll thrive if you’re quick on your feet, love to solve complex/dynamic logic puzzles, and take pride in customer service. And, of course, you need an endless passion for travel and adventure.

    EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

A Travel Designer must be a self-starter with exceptional organization and communication skills. You’ll thrive if you’re quick on your feet, love to solve complex/dynamic logic puzzles, and take pride in customer service. And, of course, you need an endless passion for travel and adventure.

We are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s Degree or higher. Experience in the travel industry is not necessary. Those skills can be learned (in fact, our team is made up of former lawyers, engineers, financial advisors, educators, etc.). Instead, we are seeking team members with personality and character traits that are natural, not learned:

    - Detail oriented
    - Clear communicator
    - Extremely organized
    - Self-starter
    - Solution driven
    - Common sense
    - Strong moral compass
    - Well traveled (and eager to explore)

    WORK HOURS & BENEFITS

It may sound cliche, but being on the TravelWealth team is more than a job – it’s a lifestyle. TravelWealth puts an emphasis on work-life integration. Team members are encouraged to “walk the walk” by maximizing their own points and traveling extensively. A well-traveled employee is better equipped to advise clients about better travel experiences. As such, TravelWealth has a generous, flexible vacation policy. You will be encouraged to travel and enjoy life. But with great freedom comes great responsibility – this is not a position that ever “turns off”, so being wired into the daily needs of our clients is essential.

The Travel Designer role is a full-time, in-office position (40+ hours/wk). While there is flexibility to work remotely when appropriate, we find that the team is most innovative, productive, and successful when we are interacting in person. Because of this, we encourage as much in-office participation as possible. Our office has a lively, relaxed atmosphere. We have a private office in a dynamic co-working space in Las Vegas, and we have access to a worldwide network of office space. This gives us the ability to work effectively while we are traveling.

This position is salaried, compensation based upon experience and performance. We routinely analyze performance-based salary increases and bonuses. Health insurance is available to full-time employees.
